For this assignment we were asked to photograph different subjects a distance away from one another to create the illusion of depth. I chose to focus more on using the background to create that illusion, instead of both the background and foreground. I used exposure to help the background compliment each subject. I think that this is a pretty good set, so enjoy!
Extra:
Awesome. You did a good job of doing the assignment. This set is very good. I really like the very last one. And your explanation is great. Nicely done!
ReplyDeleteI like your use of tall objects as subjects that help you create depth. I also really like the composition and angle of your first photo. This happens for me too, but for some photos even with stacking subjects it can be hard to create depth. I would've spaced people a little more in your 7th photo
ReplyDeleteI love your interpretation of this assignment and I think you did a great job illustrating it! You also did a great job editing the photos so the depth shows. This is a great set of photos!
ReplyDeleteNice set of photos, the black and white really helps them flow together. I think that the photo of the man on the bicycle is a really quality shot. Overall you did a really great job, maybe work on bringing out the highlights next time.
ReplyDeleteThe black and white makes your set of photos stronger. My favorite is the last photo. Great job.
ReplyDeleteI like the last few a lot. The first couple ones dont show a lot of depth. I like how you interpreted this series and how you executed it.
ReplyDeleteSome of the photos are repetitive. My favorite is the first one. You did exactly what you wanted to in the first photo and it is unique! Great job!
ReplyDeletei think you did a good job representing the project. You did a nice job on the first picture especially. Although some do have the idea of leading lines.
ReplyDeletegood work!
These are really great in b&w and the way you went about the assignment is interesting and worked well. Nice job
